Larry Wayne O’Keefe (formerly of Hinton, AB) passed away in Vulcan on October 8, 2023 at the age of 83 years.
Larry lived his best life. He was a loving husband and father, grandfather and friend who enjoyed many activities and hobbies.
In his later years Larry was quite the escape artist; he escaped many a time from the Vulcan county hospital (ha ha)!
Remaining to cherish Larry’s memory is his loving wife Sharon, daughter Corinna (Mark), son Darren, two brothers John and Murray (Lara); grandchildren Carlene (Calvin), Dustin (Laura), Jorden (Lanilyn), Kaitlyn and Shae-lyn, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. Preceding Larry in death is his youngest grandson Dylan.
A Memorial Service will take place on Friday, October 20, 2023 at 2 pm at the Peter Dawson Lodge Atrium (614-1 St. N, Vulcan, AB) with Sue MacDonald officiating.
