Fedaj, Richard John passed away August 9, 2010 at Lethbridge, Alberta at the age of 59 years.
Richard is survived by two daughters Jacqueline (Kelly) Bloxom, Brandy Fedaj, two grandchildren Gabriel and Katie, his mother Helena, two brothers Ed and Ted.
Richard is predeceased by his father Theodore in 1977.

Please accept our condolences. Richard was a year younger and a grade behind us in school. I knew their family well because we worshipped together at the same church, St. Mary’s in Champion. To the Fedja family, we were so sorry to hear of Richard’s death and are very sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

Richard lived in St. Therese Villa in Lethbridge and was across the hall from my husband Ted Orchard. They were in Extendicare at the same time and moved to St. Therese at the same time, fortunately, right across from each other thus developing a wonderful friendship. Ted suffers with Parkinson’s disease. They shared their meals together at the same table and Ted will miss him very much. Our family made very good friends with Richard and always enjoyed his company, sense of humor and warm personality. Cancer is such a horrible disease taking the lives of so many.
