It is with great sadness that the family of Bill Wogsberg announces his sudden passing.
Wilhelm “Bill” Oscar Wogsberg, born on July 12, 1935, passed away August 18, 2012 at Taber, Alberta at the age of 77 years.
Bill is survived by his loving wife La Verla, five children Lavinia (Bruce) Henderson, William (Marilyn) Wogsberg, Laura (Randy) Schlaht, Roberta (Michael) Chambers and Denise (Doug) Webber, nine grandchildren, Kyle (Marilynne) Braun, Shelby and Jonah Wogsberg, Amber and Rachelle Tiegen, Leighton and Erin Chambers, Cassidy and Adam Webber, a great grandson Gaige Braun, a sister Ida, and numerous nieces and nephews. It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of Lillian McMorris, on Aug. 18. 2012 after a tiring battle with cancer. She was 91 years old.
Mom was born in her parents’ home at Pine Lake, Alberta on March 24, 1921. She was the last of seven children, all of whom are now deceased.
Her youth was a hard working, but happy time and that, we are sure is where her unique sense of humor came from. She was able to hold onto her humor right up till the last which was wonderful for us.

Chuck is survived by his wife Kathy, his children Katherine (Scott), David (Gabby) and Jennifer, his grandsons Chase, Quinton and Cooper, his mother Wilma, and sister Debbie, as well as an endless amount of dear friends. Chuck was predeceased by his father Charlie.

Leadbeater, Lois of Shouldice, AB, passed away suddenly on August 5, 2012 at home at the age of 73 years.
Lois was born on Sept 18, 1938 on the family farm 2 ½ miles east of Arrowwood to Stewart and Ella (Robinson) Hayes. She attended school at Arrowwood grades 1 to 11 and grade 12 in Cluny Central where she graduated. She was involved in Guiding as a young girl and later a Guide leader in Lethbridge. She then attended U of A, Edmonton for 2 years graduating as a Physio Therapist. After 3 years of work at St Mike’s hospital

Rybak, Anthony “Tony” of Vulcan, passed away August 3, 2012 in Calgary at the age of 78 years.

Hart, Alice May, of Vulcan, passed away August 1, 2012 at the age of 91 years. May was born on August 31, 1920 in Bow Island to Thomas and Ellen Brooks.
Mom enjoyed dancing, playing cards, baking, and most of all visits with her grandchildren.
May is survived by two daughters Beth (Lee) Somerville of Vulcan, Pat Hart of Grande Prairie, 10 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, one brother Ken Brooks, one sister Kay Grover, both of Calgary, one brother-in-law Oliver Hart of Lomond, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Leonard in 2000, two sons

Fred Gunther Geschwendt, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend crossed over into eternity and into the loving arms of Jesus on July 30, 2012 at Medicine Hat Hospital at the age of 84.
Born to Hugo & Elizabeth Geschwendt October 10, 1927 in Vulcan Alberta. Fred was the only son, but he had an older sister Betty Roebuck, and a younger sister Melita Therrien. Fred received all his schooling in rural country schools and attended Olds College at the age of 16. He returned to the family farm and took it over at the age of 19. Fred loved
