GALLAGHER, George 1923 – 2007

Gallagher, George passed away at Lethbridge, Alberta on February 22, 2007 at the age of 83 years.
Beloved husband of Wanda of Lethbridge and father of two sons Terry and Cam (Sheila),  two grandsons Josh and Justin.
George was born October 5, 1923 at Tramping Lakes, Saskatchewan. He enlisted in the Canadian Army in 1942 at Edmonton, for a time he served in action as a member of the Special Services Force “Red Devils” brigade, as well as many other regiments. He returned home in 1946.

Dorothy Mae Spaeth, beloved wife of the late Howard Leroy Spaeth, passed away February 20, 2007 at the Vulcan Community Health Centre at the age of 88 years.
Mae was born September 18, 1918 at Lomond, Alberta to Althea and Milton Cotton.  She attended Sunny Plains School and lived in the Armada District.  Mae worked in Vulcan and met Howard Spaeth in 1938.  They married on June 10, 1940 at the Spaeth family farm at Vulcan.   They farmed until Howard’s death in 1965.

Alice Knight, beloved wife of the late Wes Knight, passed away on February 8, 2007 at the Vulcan Community Health Centre at the age of 89 years.

Jean was born at Mossbank, Saskatchewan on November 15,1922 to John and Agnes Clarke.
