Dick Middleton, a loving father, devoted husband, father and grandfather, passed away at his farm on July 4, 2010.
Dick is survived by his wife Debbie, daughters Avi, Marjorie, Angela, Joanna, Amber (Jared Puzey), Arren (Buck Middleton) and Jackie, his beautiful grandchildren Owen, Emry, Maryssa, Gilbert, Lilyanne and Calum, his brothers John (Roxanne), Albert (Maxine), sisters Annalee (Brian), Maura (Kurt), Marg (Shilo), Inez (Laurent), mother and father-in-law Len and Mary Scheibner, brothers-in-law Larry Scheibner, Barry (Alma-Lynn) Morcom, sisters-in-law Diane (Bill) King, Bonnie (Pat) Hart and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Dick was a very loving grandfather and gave much of his time playing cards, exploring the farm and checking the cows with them. Papa Dick will be missed by his grandchildren and forever loved. Dick also devoted much of his time helping others, volunteering in the community and inventing new ways to work with his cows. His concern for others always came before his own needs and he would instantly drop whatever he was doing to give his hand wherever needed. He will be missed and our memories of him will forever be ingrained in our hearts.
His Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, July 12, 2010 at 1:30 pm at the Champion Community Hall.
