GARY WAS BORN SEPTEMBER 28, 1947 IN CALGARY, ALBERTA TO GEORGE AND LILLIAN McMORRIS. HE RECEIVED ALL OF HIS PRIMARY SCHOOLING AT MILO, GRADUATING IN 1965. GARY THEN ATTENDED S.A.I.T. FOR TWO YEARS TAKING AGRICULTURE MECHANICS. IN 1967 HE MOVED TO WILLIAMS LAKE WHERE HIS FATHER HAD PURCHASED THE RIVER RANCH AT RISKE CREEK, B.C. GARY WORKED AND RESIDED THERE UNTIL THE RANCH WAS SOLD IN 1970 WHEN HE MOVED BACK TO QUEENSTOWN

GOTTENBERG, (MART) MARTIN, ALFRED, OF LETHBRIDGE, ALBERTA, BELOVED HUSBAND OF EDYTHE PASSED AWAY PEACEFULLY AT HIS HOME ON NOVEMBER 19, 2001 AT THE AGE OF 85 YEARS.
MART WAS BORN IN MOSCOW, IDAHO AND MOVED AS AN INFANT WITH HIS PARENTS TO CHAMPION, ALBERTA. HE GREW UP AND FINISHED HIGH SCHOOL THERE. AFTER HIGH SCHOOL HE BEGAN FARMING, FIRST IN THE CHAMPION AREA, THEN IN VULCAN. HE REMAINED ON THE FARM IN VULCAN UNTIL HIS RETIREMENT TO LETHBRIDGE IN 1976. MANY WILL REMEMBER HIS PROFICIENCY IN ADAPTING NEW IDEAS WITH FARM MACHINERY.

WARREN WAS BORN MAY 28, 1963 AT BROOKS, ALBERTA TO DARRELL AND JOYCE MARONDA. HE RECEIVED ALL HIS SCHOOLING IN LOMOND AND THEN WORKED ON THE FAMILY FARM AND FOR BATALDEN TRUCKING. IN 1986 HE MARRIED DANNIE McEATHRON AND IN 1993 THE UNION ENDED. IN 1994 HE MOVED TO WRENTHAM WHERE HE WORKED FOR KUBIK SEED FARMS. WARREN RETURNED TO THE FARM IN 1996 WHERE HE HAS CONTINUED TO RESIDE EVER SINCE.

LEROY WAS BORN JULY 5 , 1936 THE FIRST CHILD OF JERGEN AND STELLA HENRICKSON. THEY LIVED ON THE QUARTER NORTH OF THE SIGURD HENRICKSON RESIDENCE THEN MOVED TO THE CHARLIE SCHAUB FARM WEST OF LOMOND. HE ATTENDED ARMADA SCHOOL FOR HIS FIRST YEAR AND RECEIVED THE REMAINDER OF HIS SCHOOLING IN LOMOND. AT EIGHT YEARS OF AGE LEROY AND HIS FAMILY MOVED INTO THE TOWN OF LOMOND AND CONTINUED TO SPEND SEVERAL SUMMERS AT THE FARM. IN THE AUTUMN

WILLIAM GEORGE “BILL” MURRAY OF VULCAN, ALBERTA PASSED AWAY OCTOBER 28, 2001 AT CALGARY, ALBERTA AT THE AGE OF 78 YEARS.
BILL WAS BORN APRIL 3, 1923 AT QU’APPELLE, SASKATCHEWAN TO ROBERT AND MARY MURRAY. HE ATTENDED SCHOOL AT WHITEWOOD, SASKATCHEWAN. AFTER FINISHING HIS EDUCATION HE JOINED THE ROYAL CANADIAN ARMY. FOLLOWING HIS DISCHARGE BILL MOVED TO BRANDON, MANITOBA AND WORKED FOR THE CANADIAN PACIFIC RAILROAD FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. IN 1948 HE BEGAN WORKING IN THE OILFIELDS AND ON JUNE 4, 1949 HE MARRIED ALICE CORK. HE CONTINUED WORKING IN THE OILFIELDS FOR TWELVE YEARS. IN 1960 HE MOVED
