Rose Edith Richardson entered Heaven’s gates on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at age 93 surrounded by her family. She was born on February 2, 1925 in Vulcan, Alberta to Elizabeth (Bott) Doyle and John Henry Doyle.
Rose was predeceased by her husband Lee Richardson and will be greatly missed by her four children; John (Nicole), Sharon, Gloria (Bob) and Lynda. Her seven grandchildren; Angela, Dan, Sheldon, Cordell, Scott, Shane and Serena. Howard Hagg, beloved husband of Lorraine, was taken home to be with his Lord on May 2, 2018 at the age of 95 years.
Howard was born on March 29, 1923 in Great Falls, Montana to Otto & Anna (Zahnd) Hagg. His parents had moved to Great Falls for the winter months looking for work then returning to Champion/Vulcan area to farm. Beck, Valeen “Val” Alberta, of Vulcan, passed away at the Vulcan Community Health Centre on April 28, 2018 at the age of 79 years.
Val was born December 6, 1938 in Coe Hill, ON to Earl and Leatha (nee: Andrus) Warner. She was raised in the Oshawa area and in 1965 came west to Carievale, SK where she resided with her young family for about 5 years. After her divorce, Val came to Calgary in 1972 with her Uncle Glen Andrus.

It is with great sorrow and sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Raymond Delbert Warren, beloved husband of 45 years to Jeanette.  He was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday April 19, 2018 at the age of 72 years.
Raymond was born in Vulcan on November 24, 1945, second son of Wilford and Edna Warren.  Raymond grew up on the family farm west of Champion.  He took his schooling in Champion and Vulcan and after graduation, he attended Olds College and SAIT.

Houlton, Anna Laura, passed away at the Vulcan Community Health Center on April 9, 2018, two weeks prior to her 97th birthday.
Laura was born in Vulcan in 1921 to Mary and Labon Eamor, being the youngest of four brothers and six sisters. She attended school in Vulcan and in 1943, she married Tom Houlton and lived in the Reid Hill district until moving into town in 1958.
Tom passed away in 1976. Laura later married Walter Dann in 1996, who passed away in 2006.
Laura was a Past President of the Women’s Institute, Lionettes, Vulcan Ladies Curling Club and Golf Club, UCW

Buller, Willie Bernard “Bill”, passed away peacefully at home on March 27, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.
Bill is survived by his loving wife Jessie of 47 years, his daughter Danielle (Doug), granddaughters Arosha, Mya, Alaysha, Faith and great granddaughter Jaylene, son Wesley (Regina) and grandchildren, Kent (Cora), Trevor (Gerry), Samantha (Jarrett), and Danielle (Deege), special grandchildren Jocelyn (Lars), and Stewart, special nephew, Bob (Ruth) Larson of Beaverdale, BC, adopted grandson, Travis and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
