RACHEL WAS PREDECEASED BY HER PARENTS AND A SISTER MAGDELENA.

Ivy Goldthorpe, formerly of Lomond, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2004 at the Vulcan Community Health Centre at the age of 86 years.
Ivy was born on May 17, 1917 at Lomond, Alberta to Herbert and Edith West. Ivy’s mother died when she was four so Ivy became a care giver at a very early age, helping her dad look after her brothers. When Ivy was a young girl, she belonged to the Women’s Institute Girls Club and shared her memories of those special times with her family. Ivy graduated from the Lomond High School in

Opal Louise Ensign, formerly of Carmangay, passed away Monday, April 19, 2004 in Calgary at the age of 78 years.
Opal was born on January 18, 1926 at Barons, Alberta to Frank and Eva Cutforth She was raised on the family farm with three sisters and six brothers. Opal received her education at Barons and Victoria, B.C. where the family spent the winter months. After high school, Opal went to Normal School in Edmonton where she received a teaching certificate. She taught school at Barhill and Barons.
Opal married Ralph Ensign on October 8, 1949.

Victor Henry “Vic” Lebsack, of Champion, Alberta, beloved husband of Esther, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus, surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, March 28, 2004 at the age of 81 years.
Vic was born March 13, 1923 on a farm east of Champion, the eldest of six children, to Conrad and Katherine Lebsack. He attended Harmony School and Champion School for grades eleven and twelve. He was raised on the family farm where he worked with his father and brothers. In 1942 Vic joined the Royal Canadian Air Force which took him from Claresholm, Alberta to St. Thomas,

Agnes Lenz of Coaldale passed away suddenly in her home on Sunday March 28th at the age of 77 years.
Agnes was born May 10th, 1926 in Neuendorf, Ukraine to Jacob and Anna Siemens. In 1930 her father, a preacher was arrested and taken away from the family. At the age of four along with her mother and siblings were exiled to the small town of Blumengart. After her first seven years of schooling, Agnes enrolled in the Schőnwieser High School. George Olaf Sandberg of Vulcan Alberta passed away at the Vulcan Community Health Centre on March 27, 2004 after a lengthy illness at the age of 63 years.
George was born on December 7, 1940 in Vulcan to George and Louise Sandberg. He was raised on the family farm near Nanton where he attended elementary and junior high school. The family moved to Vulcan in 1954 and George attended and graduated from senior high school in Vulcan. He helped on the family farm and worked for the Pool Elevators at Lyalta. Robert Wesley Alfred “Bob” Irwin was called home to his Lord and Saviour March 12, 2004 at Lethbridge, Alberta at the age of 76 Years.
Beloved husband of Isabell of Barons, Alberta, loving father of four daughters Sandra (Del) Erickson of Columbia, South Carolina, Roxy Binns of Thompson, Manitoba, Debbie (Robert C.) Martin of Wheatley, Ontario and Diane (Robert) Proper of Vanastra, Ontario, four sons Robert (Geanine) Irwin of Cambridge, Ontario, Jeffery (Tammy) Irwin of Vulcan, Robert (Marion) Wright of Port Hardy, B.C, and Allen (Trudy) Wright of London, Ontario, ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren and numerous cousins.
He was predeceased by
