It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Allan Louis Fath on May 7 at the age of 97.
Born on April 21, 1928, in Champion, Alberta, to Annie and Stephen Fath.
He is survived by his wife Pat of 72 years, Son Jerry (Barb), Daughter Sue (Glenn) and Rob (Loretta). He was predeceased by his son Don on Feb 7, 2021.
For many years Allan and Pat travelled far and wide, camping and attending old time dance jamborees. He will be deeply missed.
A private family Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday May 24 at 11 AM at St. Andrews

Linda Jane Love passed away suddenly May 7, 2025.
Linda was born November 23, 1955 to Ivo and Gladys Love. She grew up on the family farm spending most of her time outside playing with her dog and the farm animals. She became very independent after losing her mother when she was only 7 years old. When she was older she helped her dad with the farming, usually driving the grain truck.
In high school she got a part time job at a grocery store in town which would become her lifelong career.

Myrna Beryl Lawrence passed away peacefully at Whitecourt, AB on April 26, 2025.
Myrna was born on February 10, 1928 in Champion, AB to parents Caroline and Orrie Sommers. Myrna spent the majority of her life residing in the Champion and Vulcan areas.
Myrna is survived by her daughters Marjorie Bauer, Joanne (Norm) Leggatt, Bonnie Lawrence and their families, the children of Loreen Sommers, her oldest daughter, deceased in 2017 and her niece Linda Cool (Gordy Pye). Myrna is also predeceased by her parents, siblings Irene and Donald, and husband George Lawrence.

Holger was born in Give, Jylland Denmark on May 6, 1953. The family immigrated to Canada in March 1959, arriving in Regina, SK on March 17th. They lived in the Pense, SK area where he grew up farming, hunting and playing hockey. He graduated Thom Collegiate high school in 1971 and travelled to Duram County, Ontario area where he worked until travelling west again ending up Medicine Hat where he obtained his Carpenter’s ticket and met Hazel. Mel Jordan passed away surrounded by his loving family on April 7th, 2025, at the age of 89.
He is now playing hockey on his perfect pond, throwing rocks to that inner circle and on a beautiful back nine – lining up for another hole-in-one; with no worries and a few coins from winning his latest pool game.
Mel was born July 10th, 1935, in Vulcan Alberta to Alice and James Jordan. He was raised on the family farmstead east of Champion with his brothers, Ken, Vernon, Keith, Ron and his sister, Charlotte.

Robert William Barry Campbell was born June 17, 1941 in Vulcan, Alberta.  Barry was the eldest son of Bill and Carolyn Campbell.  He grew up on the Campbell homestead 6 miles southeast of Mossleigh.  He went to school in Mossleigh until grade 11 and completed grade 12 in Vulcan.  Following High School, he attended Olds College.

It is with great sadness that the family of Ernest (Ernie) Struck shares the news of his sudden passing at the age of 63 on Sunday March 9, 2025 at his home in Carmangay, Alberta.
