McGillis, Clarence Joseph, of Vulcan, passed away at Vulcan Community Health Centre December 22, 2013, at the age of 60 years.
Clarence is survived by his loving spouse Brenda Hosick, stepson Albert Schmidt, brothers Paul (Dorothy) McGillis of Calgary, Larry (Marlene) McGillis of Vulcan, sisters Yvonne Blanchard and Delores McGillis both of Edmonton, sisters Dorothy (Doug) Seymour of Red Deer, Claudette (Cecil) Berard, Noella (Earl) Gosselin and Gloria McGillis all of Willowbunch, SK., and numerous nieces and nephews. Clarence was predeceased by his parents Roderick and Victorine McGillis, stepdaughter Rhonda Schmidt in 2008.
Funeral Mass Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 11 am at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church (330 – 1 St. South), Vulcan with Fr. Ed Hospet celebrant. Inurnment Vulcan Cemetery.

Brenda & Albert- please know that our hearts are aching for you right now. We are so glad you were a part of Clarence’s life these many years. We understand he would still try to make others laugh and make light of the situation. After all these years, he is still as we remember. There will be many tough days ahead for both of you and our prayer and hope is that you find peace. Please take care and be good to yourselves.
