Jean Ann Hartung passed away at home on Thursday, July 5, 2012. Jean Ann was born May 28, 1943 in Lethbridge, Alberta and lived her entire adult life in the Vulcan area.
God’s plan for this amazing woman was to touch many lives through her piano students, teaching Sunday School, playing the organ and piano for worship services, leading 4-H, enjoying showing her horses and being president of the Alberta Amateur Quarter Horse Assoc. Jean Ann always had an open door and a listening ear to neighbors and friends. Her favorite thing was to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband and best friend Ted, son Jess (Deanna), daughter Amy, grandson Greg, granddaughter Miranda, sisters Donna (Gary) and Jane (Bruce).
Her family looks forward to the day when they will see Jean Ann again when their Savior calls them home.
