It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Brock Fisher.
Brock was born on November 25, 1949 in Vulcan, Alberta, and passed away suddenly on February 7, 2025 in Grande Prairie, Alberta at the age of 75 years.
Brock was a cowboy at his core. He loved horses, horse-back riding and the outdoors. His style and character revealed his western heart. He loved to tell stories, as those who knew him can remember. He was a determined and stubborn man, as well as a hardworking and resilient individual. He enjoyed his work and the friends he made there.
Brock is mourned by his family; son Brock Fisher (Ang), daughter Roberta (Devin) Eklund; grandsons: Rylan & Rowdy Fisher, Drayk & Eli Eklund & granddaughter: Bradlee Fisher; siblings Trudie (Arnold) Spengler, Margo (Brian) Ully, Dwight (Kathy) Fisher, Betty Fisher, Jacquie (Jim) Ryckman; as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He will also be greatly missed by his friends and those who worked with him.
A memorial service will be held at Hythe Legion, Hythe, Alberta on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 2:00pm.
A second memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Spengler Farm, ACS Arena 163064 Range Rd 283, Nanton, Alberta at 2:00pm.

Margo … Trudie … sincere sympathy to you on the sudden passing of your brother Brock! Although I have not seen him for decades I remember him well from when he was in high school in Vulcan!
