Everett Robert Conway of Milo, beloved husband of Lorraine, passed away at the Vulcan Extendicare on January 26, 2021 at the age of 84 years.
Everett was born and raised in Deloraine, MB. He moved to Calgary and started working for Canadian Freightways in 1958 where he eventually earned his place in the ‘Million Mile Club’, before retiring in 2001. Everett and Lorraine moved to Milo in 2003 where he enjoyed the country life, until his health started to fail.
Besides his loving wife Lorraine, Everett is survived by daughter Cindy (Dale) of Carbon, AB, son Everett (Rhonda) of Calgary, stepson Bill (Liz) Crawford and stepdaughter Lynn Crawford, both of Vancouver, many grand, great and great great grandchildren, brothers Frank (Doreen) of Boissevain, MB, Mike (Bonnie) of Lethbridge and sister Gloria Ventnor of Victoria, BC. He was predeceased by his parents Henry and Gladys Conway, stepfather Tom Jury, daughter Jackie Dixon, brothers Sheridon, Harvey and Larry and sister Patsy.
As per Everett’s wishes, there will not be a service at this time but the family will gather together when safe to do so.
