“Mom” passed away peacefully at Vulcan Extendicare with family by her side.
Barbara was born in Long Beach, California and along with her Mother, Dorothy and sister Patricia, Barbara immigrated to Alberta in 1939.
Barb is survived by her loving husband Allan of 73 years, her son Donald (Inger) and by her daughter Carol Ray. She is also survived by five grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Barbara was predeceased by her sister Patricia and by her son-in-law, Lloyd Ray.

Nadobny, Kenneth Wayne, of Vulcan, passed away peacefully at the Vulcan Community Health Centre on April 28, 2017 at the age of 81 years.
Ken was born in Sudbury, Ontario on November 24, 1935. His family later settled in Renfrew. At the age of 21, Ken left home and headed west. He eventually ended up in the Vulcan area where he met and married Carol Elaine Lerohl, on Sept 12, 1961 in Kemmer, Wyoming. They returned to Ontario and lived in Ottawa and then Renfrew. In 1964 they returned to Vulcan where Ken has resided since.
