Carolyn Campbell of Vulcan, passed away at the Vulcan Extendicare on December 6, 2018 at the age of 99 years.

Carolyn was born October 21, 1919, the youngest of three daughters born to Bob and Dora Hay near Vulcan, AB. She attended school at Snake Creek School then to Edmonton Normal School and then taught at Sunset Valley School near Mossleigh.

Howard was born on August 7, 1938 in Waldheim, Saskatchewan. He was the youngest of 5 children, born to Reverend Charles and Katherine Dirks. Howard grew up in Nipawin, Saskatchewan, finished school at 16 years of age, and moved to Calgary to join sister and brother-in-law Frances and Syd Bates. Kenneth (Ken) Howard Gatenby passed away peacefully in Vulcan, Alberta on October 26, 2018 with his family close by his side. Ken was born on December 26, 1931 in Champion. He was the fourth child of Percy and Cecile Gatenby. Ken grew up in Champion loving to play baseball and all things outdoors. After high school he began his journey into the world of business administration, first working at the Treasury Branch in Granum. Judy was born on November 13, 1946 in Lethbridge, Alberta to Alfred and Bernice Fleetwood of Champion, Alberta. She passed away at Vulcan, Alberta on October 20, 2018 at the age of 71 after a brief illness.
Judy is survived by her children Catherine (Doyle) Dubois of Strathmore, Alberta; Ryan (Brandy) Smith of Champion, Alberta and granddaughter Brianna Dubois of Red Deer, Alberta.
She was pre-deceased by her father Alfred in 1993 and her mother Bernice in 2011.
