Clinton James Armstrong of Penticton, B.C. (Formerly of Milo), beloved husband of Rena, passed away suddenly in Penticton on October 10, 2022 at the age of 69 years.
Besides his loving wife Rena, Clint is survived by his sons Monte and Casey (Danica), daughter Kimberly (Kyle) Bohaychuk, six grandchildren Jaeda, Phoenix and Quinton Armstrong, Noah, Brooklynn and Maddie Bohaychuk, his mom Byrla Marshall, sister Shannon (Doug) Kingsmith, brother Rodney (Marianne) Armstrong, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father Floyd Armstrong, step father Gordon Marshall and grandson Joseph Bohaychuk.

Tribble, Cheryl Dale passed away at her home in Calgary October 3, 2022 at the age of 58 years. She is survived by her husband Joel Tribble, daughter Marissa Tribble, mother Connie Brinker, father Daryl Brinker & his partner Jackie Judd, sister Carly Brinker & partner Phil Endicott, One niece Vanessa Endicott, all of Calgary, one cousin Mark Grayburn and a host of friends.

Russelle ‘Teddy’, Dann, a long-time resident of the Vulcan area, passed peacefully on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Vulcan Extendicare.
Teddy showed great passion for everything he did, took pride in his work and respected everyone. Ted has taught us great lessons and helped us all grow. We will forever have a little piece of him in our hearts. Ted was easy to talk to and he was always willing to help and left no one behind. Teddy’s heart was kind and his honor was great.

Ruby De Clercq of Champion, passed away peacefully at the Vulcan Community Health Centre on October 17, 2022 at the age of 85 years.
Ruby was the only child of Mike and Anna (Fath) Beingessner, and was born November 30, 1936. She attended Alston School then St. Mary’s Girls School in Calgary, and graduated high school in Champion, AB in 1954. She attended Teachers College at University of Alberta, Calgary campus and became a teacher. In 1956, Ruby married Paul De Clercq who grew up on a farm close to Beingessner’s farm. Paul then worked with Young Exploration and Ruby traveled

Doreen’s family sadly announce her passing at the Vulcan Hospital surrounded with love.
Doreen was born & raised on a small dairy farm, Shropshire, England, the second daughter of Henry and Catherine (Molly) Foulkes. At 11, Doreen’s father died & the family moved to the hamlet of Pentre, and later to Nesscliffe village. She left school before her 15 birthday to work in a local office of an animal feed company, and travelled to Shrewsbury 2-3 times each week to go to night school, taking shorthand and typing.

Bernard ‘Ben’ Norman Stubel of Vulcan, passed away peacefully at Vulcan Extendicare on September 14, 2022. Ben is survived by his loving wife Alice of Vulcan.

Chris Peter Vermeeren- born Christiaan Petrus Joseph Vermeeren- passed away surrounded by family September 11, 2022 in Vulcan, AB at the age of 73. He was born in Bladel, North Brabant, Southern Nederland on January 27, 1949 to Harrie and Adriana. He was the 5th of 8 children, with 3 older half siblings, and 4 full siblings. In 1968, he boarded a transatlantic flight from Rotterdam to Montreal, and then a train across Canada to Brooks, AB. Here he began a new life as a proud Canadian patriot. Alvin LeRoy Larkins of Vulcan, beloved husband of Jeanette, passed away peacefully at the High River Hospital Long Term Care on August 29, 2022 at the age of 88 years.
Alvin was born June 14, 1934 in Champion, AB, 3rd son born to Edmund and Rose Larkins in a family of eight children. They lived in Champion where his Dad worked for different farmers. The Larkins family moved to the Henry Horn farm 21 miles southeast of Vulcan in January of 1942. Henry, his wife and son Emil had been killed in a car accident near Barons and Ed Larkins was

Dora Mae Schuler of Vulcan, passed away suddenly at her home on August 25, 2022 at the age of 89 years.
Dora was born November 10, 1932, at Lake Four, Saskatchewan, the 3rd eldest child of Fred and Gwen (Faber) Schuler. Dora received her childhood education at Lake Four, Saskatchewan, going to grade 8.
Dora travelled and worked through Western Canada for several years. In 1958 she took a trip to Hawaii and upon her return she moved to Vulcan to help her Aunt Margaret (Schuler) Hanna after her Uncle Jack was killed. She lived on a farm north of Vulcan where

Darrell Maronda of Lomond, beloved husband of Joyce, passed away at Vulcan Extendicare on August 24, 2022 at the age of 82 years. Darrell was born August 2, 1940 to Fred and Viola Maronda in Vulcan, AB.
Darrell is survived by his wife Joyce and daughters Shelley Maronda, Cheryl Blanchette and Grandchildren Bailey, Morgan and Michael. Darrell also had four great grandchildren Warren, Isiah, Trinity and Marley. Darrell was predeceased by his parents Fred and Viola, Shelley’s partner Jim McKay, brother Ron, sister Donna Ray Teasdale and son Warren Maronda.
