Agnes Lenz of Coaldale passed away suddenly in her home on Sunday March 28th at the age of 77 years.
Agnes was born May 10th, 1926 in Neuendorf, Ukraine to Jacob and Anna Siemens. In 1930 her father, a preacher was arrested and taken away from the family. At the age of four along with her mother and siblings were exiled to the small town of Blumengart. After her first seven years of schooling, Agnes enrolled in the Schőnwieser High School. Marion Melissa Deborah Henry of Bassano, Alberta passed away March 25, 2004 at the Foothills Hospital, Calgary, Alberta at the age of 92 years.
Marion was born February 1, 1912 at Majorville, Alberta, second child of George and Anna Greaves. She attended Fawn Hill and Bassano Schools. HELEN JOSEPHINE IRWIN of Vulcan passed away peacefully on January 30, 2004 at Vulcan Community Health Centre after a lengthy illness at the age of 88 years.
