Neil Alexander Giles of Vulcan passed away Thursday, November 25, 2004 at the Vulcan Community Health Centre at the age of 81 years.
Neil was born at Marwayne, Alberta on August 3, 1923, the third child of Allan and Donalda Giles. He attended elementary school at Silver Willow and high school at Marwayne. Neil graduated from Olds Agriculture College in the spring of 1943.

Wilson, David Clifford “Dave” passed away Thursday November 11, 2004 at Vulcan Community Health Centre at the age of 64 years.
Dave was born May 28, 1940 at Great Baddow, Essex, England to Harry and Muriel Wilson. After Dave completed his schooling he apprenticed as a reporter in England.
He married Heather Daphne Ann Brewster in England in 1961. They had two children, Andy and Sue. Dave was always a man of adventure and decided in 1966 to move the family to Canada. The vast space and the exciting winter life really appealed to Dave. They arrived in Edmonton in May,

Muriel Annie Graham passed away on November 4, 2004 at her home in Vulcan, Alberta at the age of 77 years.
Muriel was born July 27, 1927 at Nelson, BC to William (Bill) and Hazel Goulding. Most of her childhood years were spent at Rosedale, Alberta where her father was the CPR Station agent. After graduating from high school at Rosedale, she enrolled in nursing at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta. She graduated as part of the class of 1949 (two). Hilda Jene “Jean” Sealock of Vulcan passed away Thursday October 7, 2004 at the Vulcan Community Health Centre at the age of 79 years.
Jean was born at Ashcroft, B.C. December 27, 1924 to Joseph Smith and Violet Ella (Lyne) Place. She grew up on a ranch and received her education at Dog Creek, B.C. Jean married Charles Harrison Sealock, an airman in the Airman’s canteen at the 11th staging unit of the R.C.A.F., at Dog Creek on March 17,1944. Rose Stein of Vulcan, Alberta passed away peacefully at Vulcan Community Health Centre on September 23, 2004 at the age of 92 years.
Rose was born January 11, 1912 on a farm near Bickleton, Washington and came with her family in 1913 to Champion, Alberta. They moved to the Mossleigh area in 1917 where her father farmed for many years.

Gretta Hilda Loose of Vulcan, Alberta passed away after a lengthy illness on September 14, 2004 at the Vulcan Community Health Centre at the age of 64 years.
Gretta was born on February 5, 1940 at Vulcan, Alberta to Martin and Annie Jose. She was raised on the family farm north of town and attended school in Vulcan. Gretta later attended Secretary school in Calgary. She married Otto “Bunty” Loose and together they farmed for thirty years. Rosa Lever passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2004 at Lethbridge at the age of 82 years after a brief illness.
Rosa was born in Vigo Cavedine, Trento, Italy on June 1, 1922 to Virginio and Carlotta Cristofolini. She was married to Angelo Lever in 1942. Seeking a better future for their family, Angelo emigrated to Canada in 1952 and in 1953 Rosa and their three children joined him in the Champion area.
