Bower, Agnes Olga, Beloved wife of the late Louis Bower, passed away suddenly December 11, 2016 at the Rockyview Hospital in Calgary at the age of 86 years.
She will be lovingly remembered for her unconditional love and compassion for her family. She was an angel that lived amongst us, a gift from “God” above. Agnes had a heart of gold, was a very soft spoken, gentle and kind soul. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Agnes is survived by her three daughters Brenda (Ernie) Lawson of Grande Prairie, AB, Linda (Bob) Bell of Dewinton, AB, Patricia (Larry) Krause of Airdrie, AB, seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband and soul mate Louis Bower on Nov.16, 2010 and her son Douglas Sydney Bower on April 2, 1999.
Memorial Mass will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 1:00 pm at St. Anthony’s Catholic Parish (5340 – 4 St. SW, Calgary, AB) with Very Reverend Jack Pereira officiating. Inurnment Champion Catholic Cemetery to follow at a later date.
