Minnie was born November 7, 1922 at Cadillac, Saskatchewan to James and Dolina Gair as an only child she completed school and began working in Winnipeg for the Royal Canadian Air Force as a clerk. She married Mike Belbos and together they had a son James. She moved to Calgary and married Ernest Foley she worked at NorthWest Drugs, Royal Canadian Legion and the Holy Cross Hospital before she met Peter Storoshuk in Calgary in 1973 together they moved to Vulcan in 1975 to

Harry Stoddard passed away February 1, 2011 at Vulcan Extendicare at the age of 86 years. Nobert, Faron James passed away February 10, 2011 following a life long illness at Vulcan, Alberta at the age of 43 years.
Faron was born July 24, 1967 at Westlock, Alberta, he attended school at Longview, Black Diamond and graduated High School at Vulcan. He was very athletic in his younger years and played baseball, hockey, soccer, swimming. After retiring from Nortel, Vlad with his wife Vera moved in 2001 to Vulcan, to be in a smaller town which would be more quiet, than the big city of Calgary.
Vlad passed away on the 24th of December 2010, Christmas Eve. He left behind his loving wife Vera, son Michel of Calgary, daughter Mirjana of London, England, two grandsons, three granddaughters and six great grandchildren in Germany and Croatia.

Rupp, Gloria Hazel, beloved wife of the late Alfred, passed away January 25, 2010 at Vulcan Community Health Centre at the age of 84 years.
Gloria was born October 21, 1925 in Medicine Hat, AB and moved with her family to Champion when she was four years old. She attended school in Champion and then worked there as a telephone operator. In 1948 Gloria married Alfred and they moved to the family farm where they raised their three boys Jim, Dale and Gord. Copley, Dr. Mary Catherine Armey of Bay Village, Sarasota, Florida passed away January 15, 2010 at the age of 89 years.
Mary Catherine was born June 25, 1920 and raised at Vulcan, Alberta. She earned her B.Sc., M.D. and FACOG at the University of Alberta, Edmonton and practiced medicine at Pittsburgh, Pa. Mary Catherine married Jim Copley in 1969. In the early 70’s she and her husband served two years in the Peace Corps in Malawi, Africa and in the 80’s retired to Florida.

MARSHMAN, Robert “Bob” Reginald – 1925-2010
Marshman, Robert Reginald “Bob” passed away peacefully on July 10, 2010 at the Peter Loughead Hospital in Calgary at the age of 84 years.
Bob is survived by two nieces Marilyn Marshman, Suzanne (Bud) Grouette and great niece Amanda Grouette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews in Athabasca and sister-in-law Viola Marshman.
