Allan Clark McAskile will be laid to rest in the Vulcan Cemetery on July 20, 2019. His inurnment at 1:30 will be officiated by Rev. Gordon Cranch. The family would like to invite friends to join them after for a sharing of memories and stories at the Lodge Hall on Main Street.
Allan was born October 23, 1942 in the Vulcan Hospital to Clifford and Joyce McAskile. He attended school in Vulcan and later went into the Men’s Wear Store with his dad. Allan and his wife Donna were very involved in many local clubs and activities. They moved to Parksville BC in the summer of 1989. Allan passed on Feb. 1, 2019 in Nanaimo after a brief battle with cancer surrounded by his family.
