MRS. ELIZABETH (BETTY) MARIE GROVES (nee SELDEN) passed away peacefully at Calgary Foothills Hospital on Friday, September 5, 1997.
She was born July 20, 1912 in L’anse, Michigan. Betty was predeceased by her husband, Snucks, son Lee, and daughter Adele.
She is survived by her son Gerald (wife Liz), twins Donna (husband Alfred) and Daniel, grandchildren Curtis (wife Karen), Renee, Shannon (special friend Kevin), Shane (special friend Brenda), Brad, Jonathan, and Mark, and great grandchildren Joshua and Dillon.
She is ever remembered and loved as a mother, grandma, best friend and avid bingoer.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 8, 1997 at 2:00 P.M. in the St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Champion, Alberta. A memorial service will be held at the Parkdale Community Centre. Date and time to be announced.
