Arturo John “Art” Leoni of Vulcan , Alberta passed away suddenly at his home January 11, 2006 at the age of 87 years.
Art was the owner and operator of the Vulcan Food Market on main street in Vulcan since it’s beginning in 1968 until his passing.
Lovingly remembered by his son Ken (Bev) Dorchak of Lethbridge, their children Travis Dorchak of Salt Spring Island, B.C. and Christa (Keith) Denhoed of Coalhurst, a sister Katherina Kuruluik of Picture Butte and a nephew Frank. He will also be sadly missed by a very special friend and neighbor for over thirty years Edna Uhl and her family Jeff (Marilyn) Uhl and Jennifer Uhl, Linda (Ken) Holland and their daughter Wonda Redel all of Calgary.
Funeral Mass was held Monday January 16, 2006 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, Vulcan with Fr. Philip Le Celebrant.
Interment Archmount Memorial Gardens, Lethbridge at 2:30 P.M.
